Rajab Tayyab Erdogan (Current president of Turkey)

Rajab  Tayyab Erdogan is a Turkish politician, former governor of Istanbul, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey and the twelfth president-elect.  Rajab  Tayyab Erdogan held the presidency since August 28, 2014 and is the head of the Justice and Development Party, which holds the majority in the Turkish parliament.  Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan was once again elected as the President of Turkey in the presidential elections held on May 28, 2023. 

Birth: 

Rajab Tayyab Erdogan was born in 26 February on 1954.

Education:

He received his primary education from Madrasah Qasim Pasha and graduated from there in 1965.  After that, he studied at Istanbul Imam Khatib High School and passed his matriculation in 1973.  Similarly, after passing the additional subjects examination, he got his diploma certificate from Ayub High School.  After that, he entered the Department of Commerce and Economics of Marmara University and obtained a degree in Business Administration in 1981.

Tayyab  Erdoğan was known for his strong political career since his youth.  Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan learned the discipline in the light of collective work experience with his team over a period of fourteen years from 1969 to 1982.  Since he was an enlightened young man and firmly believed that the great benefit of his country and nation lies in his entry into political life, he entered political life with great pomp and dynamism.

In 1983, Rajab Tayyab Erdogan entered the arena with the Rafah Party with great power, and in 1984 he became president of a tehsil and district of Istanbul, then he became president of Istanbul, and in 1985 he was named a member of the  Central Resolution Party Rafah.  During this period, Tayyab Erdoğan made great efforts, especially attracting young men and women to politics, during which he made important steps for the national interests of society, and this was the reason why the new organization Rafah Party won as a result. In 1989, this party won a great victory in the district local elections, and began to be considered worthy of imitation in the country's politics. In the local elections held on March 27, 1994, Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan became governor of  Istanbul, the country's largest city.  Istanbul was one of the cities of the world where there was no peace and development, and in this city there was a shortage of water, and there was a problem of garbage to solve many problems like these.  A solution that quickly made one of the most beautiful cities in the world.  He was mayor of Istanbul from 1994 to 1998.

n 1997, Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan recited a poem during his address at a public meeting, the words of which were: Domes are our war hats, mosques are our military cantonments, righteous Muslims are our soldiers, no worldly power can defeat us.  After this public meeting, he had to go to jail on December 12, 1997, just because of this poem, as a result of which he was deposed from the position of the governor of Istanbul, the big city of Turkey. And in 2001, Abdullah Gul's alliance  I formed the Justice and Development Party.  But due to the city meeting case, Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan could not be a candidate in the November 2002 elections because of the court order regarding his eligibility in the light of the same case.  And then when the legal amendments were made in this matter, the electoral obstacles were removed.  After which, on March 9, 2003, when Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan contested the elections for the parliamentary candidate from the same city, he received eighty-two percent and 85% of the votes Instead, he was elected a Member of Parliament from the city in the twenty-second election, and was made the Prime Minister in the 2003 election.

In 2014, the first presidential elections were held in Turkey, before that the parliamentarians had the right to choose the president of the country, and before that they won the presidential elections of Turkey and on August 2014, the people of Turkey cast their votes.  For the first time, Rajab Tayyab  Erdogan was elected as the President of Turkey.  And on April 16, 2017, in Turkey's historic referendum election, he got another big success of his life by getting 51.41% of votes.

Election in 2023:

After the result of May 28, 2023, Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan won this election with a majority.  Incumbent President Erdoğan received 49.5% of the vote, with the turnout rate of foreign votes increasing from 53.8% to 54.35% in the second phase. After counting 99.4% of the votes in the second phase, the Supreme Election Council  has declared Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan as the new president.

On the occasion of his visit to Pakistan in October 2009, Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan was awarded the highest civilian honor of Pakistan.

Tayyab Erdogan Against Israel:

After Israel's attack on Gaza in 2008, the Turkish government reacted strongly against its old ally Israel and strongly protested against it.  Turkey's protest did not stop here, but immediately after this attack, Turkish Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan at the World Economic Forum, after describing the details of Israeli crimes with the Israeli president, Recep Tayyab Erdoğan for not giving him time on behalf of the forum meeting.  boycotted the forum meeting and immediately returned from there.  This event made him a hero in the Arab and Islamic world and upon his arrival in Turkey, the people of Turkey gave their hero a wonderful welcome.

On May 31, 2010, after the attack on the Freedom Fleet carrying aid to the besieged Gaza Strip killed 9 Turkish citizens, Erdogan once again emerged as a hero in the Arab world and the Turkish leader from the people to the governments.  Rajab Tayyab Erdoğan's position on the Palestinian issue to end the blockade of the Gaza Strip was appreciated and many Arab journalists called him a leader.  And he is the only prime minister who has announced the recall of the Turkish ambassador over the execution of a Jamaat-e-Islami leader in Bangladesh.
